Who are we?
Specialist Driving is Andy Drake and Rob McCutcheon. With over 20 years combined experience in delivering specialist training across the UK, there isn't much that the pair don't know when it comes to driving and operating machinery off-road.
Having worked together for a number of years for another training provider, the duo decided that they would combine their expertise, and Specialist Driving was born.
Highly Experienced Specialist Instructors
All of our specialist instructors are highly experienced in their field. With many years experience of operating in difficult and remote areas. We only work with industry experts. This means our delegates only ever get the highest quality of training possible.
Not only do we provide training through Specialist Driving, but we are also associate trainers for RoSPA, of which there are currently 4 in the organisation. Rob and Andy are the lead instructors for RoSPA training in the off-road specialism. We can deliver instructor training in each of the offroad specialisms. So you can have your our staff trained as in-house RoSPA qualified instructors.
Nationwide Network of Training Sites
We have a large network of approved training sites available to us. Some of them are exclusive to us, but all have been inspected and vetted to ensure that they are fully compatible with the training we deliver.
We are also happy to inspect specific sites that clients prefer to use to allow full flexibility
What Do We Offer
We make sure that all operators are competent, that they have a full understanding of the vehicle systems and how best to utilise those systems to be efficient, but more importantly safe.
Our specialist instructors are also fully conversant with health and safety legislation, therefore we ensure that all relevant legislation is covered, and ensure that full legal complianceis adhered to at all times. Making the client compliant, as well as the operator.
